Reporting Lost Property
To enquire about lost or found property or to report a lost item on one of our trains or at one of our stations, please telephone Customer Services to report any lost property (visit the Contact Us page for details).

Please be prepared to provide the following information to the advisor:
where you were travelling from
the time you were travelling
a description of the item lost
where on the train it was left
name and contact information
Charging for the retrieval of lost items
We operate a scale of charges covering the cost of retrieval of lost items. Charges are based on the type of article. These charges are set within the guidelines agreed to by all train operators. We do not make a charge for any items that are reclaimed within 24 hours of being found.
