About Us
National Express the new name for train services in East Anglia.
National Express is an international transport operator and is one of the best-known travel brands in the UK. As well as our hugely successful coach company, we also have a long history of running train companies.
Now we want to make National Express the biggest travel brand in the country. Historically, we have not branded our UK businesses as National Express. From the end of last year however, all our UK companies including 'one' railway are being brought together as one business under the National Express brand, with the goal being to ‘make travel simpler’ for every customer. 'one' is now known as National Express East Anglia.
We aim to make our services and products easier to understand, so that more people travel with us. We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to do this – and we have done our homework. The changes we plan are the result of research with more than 2000 consumers and employees, because we know it’s really important that our customers believe in what we are doing.
